Kis gharhi eye gharhat ehdi kaun banawan wala eye; Ape ap hai sabh kujh ape har ik shai ton bala eye. Kadd te but nahin ehda koi na gora na kala eye; Nira nasha eye zaat khuda di azali mai da pyala eye. Kahe avtar guru hatth kunji ese ditta tala eye; Lai kunji jo tala khhole virla kismat wala eye. |

Who has designed the Formless One and who has created Him? He is all by Himself and He is above everything. God has no physical form or size and He is neither white nor black; The entity of God is pure bliss, and He is the cup of divine nectar. Avtar says, the True Master holds the key and it is he who has put the lock; Rare one is fortunate who obtains the key and opens the lock. |
Meaning
Who designed the Formless One and who created Him? God is everything by Himself but still distinct from everything (all forms of matter or ether). He has neither any physical form or attributes, nor is He white or black; The Supreme Being is pure ecstasy, a cup of divine nectar. Avtar says it is the True Master who holds the key to the lock put by Him; Very rare and fortunate is the human who obtains the key and unlocks the door to the kingdom of God.
